It is going to be an exciting event, which will open the door to new ideas that will shape our industry’s future, reunite us with friends, meet new peers, network and identify new opportunities for the future. Connections Housing is the only approved, official housing vendor for Gold 100. We understand that unauthorized housing companies may contact you and advertise cheaper rates or may imply or claim an affiliation with the event. Unfortunately, some past attendees have fallen prey to these companies and were unable to recuperate the money they spent on rooms that did not exist. All air transportation and hotel accommodations are the responsibility of the attendee. Complimentary round-trip car transportation is provided for all attendees from LAX) Los Angeles International Airport and (LBG) Long Beach Airport.

No, all show organizers (director/ VP and above) are welcome to join us for the celebration! Registration fees are required.

Yes. After you register online, you will receive an automated email confirming from Maritz.  A final confirmation will be sent via email with all of your registration details.

 

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express.

Yes. If you register and pay but are unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to a colleague from your company up until 1 week prior to the event. To transfer your registration, please contact gold100@tradeshowexecutive.com

There are no refunds for registration after September, 1 2026 (3 week prior to Gold 100 Awards & Summit.)

  • No refunds for cancellations received after September 1, 2026.
  • Please be aware that you also need to make the necessary cancellation arrangements for hotel accommodations and/or any other services that you have contracted.

The nearest airports from Terranea Resort are (LAX) Los Angeles International Airport and (LBG) Long Beach Airport, which are both approximately 45 minutes to the resort.

Complimentary round-trip transportation is provided from (LAX) Los Angeles International Airport and (LBG) Long Beach Airport to the resort by Event Transportation Systems.

 

Trade Show Executive has reserved a room block with discounted rates at Terranea Resort through our housing partner, Connections Housing.

  • Rates are $415 per night (+ tax and resort fees)
  • Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and discounted rooms are only available while the limited block lasts, until August 24, 2026.

If you have made your room reservation, you will receive confirmation directly from Connections Housing. Please contact Connections Housing with any changes to your reservation as soon as possible at gold100@connectionshousing.com

Note: All cancellations must be made at least five days prior to arrival.

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. The hotel will attempt to have rooms ready for early arrival, but if necessary, the Bell Desk will store your luggage until your room is available.

 

In Palos Verdes, the average high in September is 87◦ with an average low of 65◦. Please monitor the weather and check again closer to the event before you travel to Palos Verdes, California.

Dress code is business casual, cocktail attire, black tie or resort wear for the welcome reception at the Gold 100 Summit. Bring a sweater or light jacket because meeting rooms and outdoor patios can be a bit chilly. Dress attire for the Gold 100 Awards Reception & Dinner is formal, which ranges from cocktail dresses to long gowns for women, while the men wear business suits, tuxedos or even kilts. Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable!
