Sarah Wilson is Vice President of the newly formed Program Management Office (PMO), Connections, at Emerald. In this enterprise-wide leadership role, she spearheads high-impact initiatives that accelerate growth and innovation across Emerald’s B2B events portfolio. She is known for her structured, results-driven approach and ability to align cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact.
With more than a decade of experience in the trade show industry, she has held senior roles spanning event operations, strategic sales, and revenue leadership. Prior to her current role, she served as Vice President of Events & Sales for MJBizCon, the world’s largest cannabis business trade show, where she led experiential innovation, strategic sales partnerships, and revenue growth. She also led shows including IGES and American Handcrafted, delivering award-winning results and double-digit growth.
